Why Are We Suffering?

In the recent news about jobs, you have heard stuff which never existed before the pandemic.

Companies are reneging on their promise of jobs to campus recruits. Instead, they are pushing forward dates and then withdrawing the offers after many months.

Some are getting the boot for moonlighting jobs. Whenever companies come to know about their employees’ involvement in creating multiple streams of income through the internet, they are told to stick to one or get kicked out.

Since the pandemic, there has been a deluge of quiet quitting in organisations; newer employees are not replacing them. Instead, some other employees are given additional responsibilities and overburdened with work.

The way the companies handle these delicate issues throws caution to the winds; they will surely get into legal and PR trouble soon enough.

With social media taking off, it is easier for anyone having a grudge against the organisation to go and lambast them publicly, gaining public sympathy.

This is no longer an HR issue but more of a public relations and brand issue. The whole world is in a terrible mess, and no one knows how to get out of this mess.

We at Mythistical Foundation have created a Way Of Life program which helps not only the organisations but those who are affected by pink slips get back on the rails fast enough.
